Established in 1977, Hospice of the Conejo is a team of caring people who are dedicated to providing a special blend of compassion and practical and emotional support to patients and their families facing life-limiting illnesses. Our focus is on living - helping people during the final stages of life to make the most of every hour. One example of our work is an ongoing support group for the victims and families of the recent Metro Link disaster that gravely affected the lives of many Southern Californians last September.

You may not know that Hospice of the Conejo is one of the very few free-of-charge services in the country. We are funded entirely through donations and grants, so please help us to continue to provide the services that we have for over 30 years by supporting this event. If you are unable to attend, all donations, sponsorships of prizes or overhead costs are greatly appreciated.

Please call 805 495 2145 and show your support now. It feels good to give.

THANK YOU!
